Opening in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island marks the arrival of Wynn Resorts in the Middle East and introduces a new integrated resort destination on the Arabian Gulf.
Zurich/Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E., June 24, 2026 – With the opening of Wynn Al Marjan Island in 2027, Wynn Resorts will expand its presence into the Middle East for the first time. Already recognized as one of the region’s most significant hospitality developments, the resort has appointed KLEBER GROUP to lead communications across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The agency will support the market introduction of Wynn Al Marjan Island in the DACH region and develop a pre-opening communications program designed to establish awareness ahead of the resort’s opening.
Located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Wynn Al Marjan Island will bring together dining, entertainment, wellness, design, and leisure in one integrated resort destination on the Arabian Gulf. Less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the resort is set to become a defining new landmark for Ras Al Khaimah. For more than two decades, Wynn Resorts has developed integrated resorts in destinations including Las Vegas, Macau, and Boston. Its portfolio includes Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor, Wynn Macau, and Wynn Palace Cotai. Wynn has received more Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. That approach is supported by Wynn Design & Development, the company’s in-house creative studio, which brings architecture, interiors, landscape design, art, and guest experience together under a single vision. Rising 352 meters above the Arabian Gulf and spanning 70 stories, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,530 rooms and suites with waterfront views, including 313 suites within Enclave, the boutique hotel located on the tower’s upper floors. Additional amenities will include 22 restaurants and lounges, a beach club, a theater, a spa with salon and fitness center, a shopping promenade, multiple pool experiences, a 98-berth marina, and the Coral Court events center.
“Wynn Al Marjan Island is one of the most exciting hospitality projects currently under development and is located in a region that serves as an important connection point between East and West,” said Julia Kleber, CEO KLEBER GROUP. “We are grateful for the trust placed in us and look forward to supporting the introduction of Wynn Al Marjan Island across the German-speaking markets.”
